Our Curved Aluminium Extrusion features a custom-radius curved profile. The wall thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 3.5mm. The curve is highly precise, and the profile is extruded and processed as a one-piece structure without joining seams. We can produce different radius options according to your requirements. We have been producing aluminium profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We have our own mold design and manufacturing capabilities. Producing curved profiles requires different processes from standard straight profiles. It needs special curved molds and precision straightening equipment, and we have both.
Accurate Radius for Perfect Assembly
Curved and arched profiles are much more difficult to produce than straight profiles. If the radius accuracy is not controlled well, the sections may not match during installation, and gaps can appear. Our curved aluminium extrusion maintains strict radius tolerance control. After assembly, the complete curve remains smooth and continuous. The minimum order is 1 ton. For custom mold orders, the minimum quantity can be negotiated. If the goods are damaged during shipping, we check the quantity and provide reasonable compensation or replacement based on the situation. For new custom molds, payment is 50% deposit for mold making and production, and the balance is paid before shipment. Before packing, we check the radius accuracy and dimensions of every piece.

During production, we send progress photos. After sales, we handle quality issues within 24 hours. We support EXW Foshan and FOB Foshan or Shenzhen port. The spray-coated or fluorocarbon surface has a 5-year warranty. We are not the largest supplier, but we have strong experience in curved extrusion production.
