Real PA66 Insulation Strips
Our Thermal Break Aluminum Profiles come with PA66 fiberglass nylon insulation strips as standard. We do not use PVC strips. The standard wall thicknesses are 1.4mm, 1.8mm, and 2.0mm. We offer both single-cavity and multi-cavity designs. The insulation strip widths are available in 20A, 25A, and 30A. Surface finishes include powder coating, fluorocarbon coating, wood grain transfer, and electrostatic spraying.

We support EXW Foshan factory delivery and FOB shipment from Foshan or Shenzhen port. Payment terms are 30% deposit, with the balance paid before loading. The spray-coated and fluorocarbon surfaces come with a 5-year warranty.
