Our Sunroom Aluminum Profiles feature main beam wall thicknesses from 2.0mm to 3.5mm. The column wall thickness ranges from 2.5mm to 4.0mm. Common section sizes include 100×80mm, 120×100mm, and 150×100mm.
The complete system includes corners, gutters, cover plates, and sub-frames. For outdoor applications, we provide fluorocarbon weather-resistant finishes for better durability. We have been manufacturing aluminum profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We design and develop all large-section molds in-house. With export experience through trading companies in Thailand, we understand overseas project requirements, including packing methods and size standards.
Strength and Waterproofing Combined
Many customers are concerned about load capacity and waterproof performance when selecting sunroom profiles. Our profiles are much thicker than standard window profiles, providing sufficient strength to support large glass roofs.
The integrated drainage channel creates a continuous drainage route between the gutter and the main beam. This design prevents water backflow and leakage.
For new molds, we can provide samples within 7–12 working days after receiving the mold fee and design confirmation. For custom orders, payment requires a 50% deposit for mold making and production, with the balance paid before shipment.
The delivery time for customized products is usually 25–35 working days, depending on order quantity and mold complexity. Before packing, we inspect every piece for dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

These Sunroom Aluminum Profiles are widely used in villa terraces, entrance canopies, commercial building roofs, and garden pavilions. The modular assembly design makes on-site installation easier and reduces welding requirements.
Before ordering, we provide load calculations and a complete material list. During production, we send progress photos to keep you updated. After sales, we handle any size or surface issues promptly.
We support EXW Foshan and FOB shipment from Foshan or Shenzhen port. The fluorocarbon surface comes with a 5-year warranty.
