Our Aluminium Door Extrusion is produced through a one-piece extrusion process. The wall thickness ranges from 1.4mm to 2.5mm.
We offer multiple section types designed for casement doors, sliding doors, and top-hung doors. The slots are designed according to standard dimensions and are compatible with various hardware brands.
We have been manufacturing aluminium profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We have our own mold design and manufacturing capabilities. For every production batch, we measure slot dimensions with special gauges. This ensures that hinges and locks can be installed without additional machining.
Save Time on Assembly
Many door manufacturers experience problems caused by inaccurate slot dimensions. Hinges may not fit correctly, or they may become loose after installation.
Our aluminium door extrusion features strict slot control. The positions and depths of hinge grooves and lock grooves follow standard specifications. This reduces adjustment time on the assembly line.
For existing sections, we provide free samples, and you only need to cover the shipping cost. For new molds, the sample lead time is 7 to 12 working days.
Our quality control covers every stage from billet selection and extrusion to surface finishing. We inspect every piece before packing.
Payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before loading.
