The cladding layer is applied through a bonding process. The wall thickness ranges from 1.2mm to 2.5mm.

The key factor for cladding profiles is the bonding strength between the cladding layer and the aluminum base. We perform cross-cut tests and sand-falling tests on every batch to verify bonding strength and reduce the risk of peeling.

For new molds, the sample lead time is 7 to 12 working days.
For new custom molds, payment is 50% deposit for mold making and production, and the balance is paid before shipment.
