Large Aluminum Extrusion Profiles

Our Large Aluminum Extrusion Profiles are large-section industrial-grade profiles. The wall thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 6.0mm. They have very high load capacity. They are manufactured using a one-piece extrusion process and offer excellent mechanical properties. We have been producing aluminum profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We have our own mold design and manufacturing capabilities. These large profiles require special molds and high-tonnage extrusion presses. We have the equipment to handle sections with a diameter of over 300mm.

The main challenge in producing large profiles is maintaining uniform wall thickness and ensuring complete material filling throughout the section. Our operators have many years of experience with large extrusion lines. They control billet heating temperature and extrusion speed carefully to ensure every part of the large section is fully filled, with no voids or cracks. We can produce according to your technical drawings or physical samples. Our quality control covers every step from billet preparation to extrusion and finishing. We inspect every piece before packing. For custom orders, delivery time is usually 25 to 35 working days.
