Our Aluminium Window Frame Extrusion Profiles are produced through a one-piece extrusion process. The standard wall thickness ranges from 1.4mm to 2.0mm. The section geometry is highly accurate, and the slot dimensions meet industry standards. They are compatible with tempered glass and insulating glass panels.
Surface finishing is available in multiple colors and processes. We have been manufacturing aluminium profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We conduct a full inspection of every single piece.
After each extrusion batch, we use a coordinate measuring machine to check key slot dimensions. This ensures compatibility with commonly used hardware systems.
Solve the Gap Problem
Many window manufacturers experience problems with large gaps between frame joints. These issues usually result from poor straightness and inaccurate angle control.
Our aluminium window frame extrusion profiles undergo strict straightening after extrusion. The cut ends are smooth and square. As a result, the frame joints have smaller gaps after assembly, and the sealing rubber fits more tightly.

The minimum order quantity is 1 ton for standard sections. Before packing, we inspect every piece for dimensional accuracy and surface quality. We also accept third-party inspections before shipment.
Payment terms are a 30% deposit, with the balance paid before loading.
