Manufacturing process and technical characteristics of aluminum profiles for doors and windows

The production process comprises three main stages: melting and casting, extrusion, and surface treatment.

Melting and Casting: Aluminum ingots are melted with elements such as magnesium and silicon in a specific ratio to form alloy grade billets such as 6063-T5.

Extrusion: Forming is performed using a 3500-ton extruder, with high-precision products having dimensional tolerances controlled within ±0.08mm.

Surface Treatment: Oxide film thickness ≥10μm, powder coating thickness 40-120μm, and wood grain transfer requires passing a 2000-hour neutral salt spray test.

 

Key technical indicators include:
Wind Pressure Resistance: No structural deformation under level 9 wind pressure (≥5.0kPa).

Repeated Opening and Closing Durability: Window products pass 30,000 opening and closing cycles.

Thermal Insulation Coefficient: The thermal conductivity of the thermally broken profile is ≤2.5W/(m²·K).
