Aluminum single-panel curtain walls use high-quality, high-strength aluminum alloy sheets, commonly 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 mm thick, with the 3003 model and H24 temper. The material and performance must meet the requirements of the national standard "Aluminum Single-Panel for Building Decoration" (GB/T 23443-2024). The base material thickness typically ranges from 2-4 mm. High-rise buildings can use 5-series alloy aluminum sheets (such as 5052), while low-rise buildings can use 3-series aluminum sheets (such as 3003). Aluminum single-panel curtain walls are lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant.
The structure mainly consists of the panel, reinforcing ribs, and corner brackets. Corner brackets can be directly formed by bending and stamping the panel, or they can be riveted onto the small edges of the panel. The reinforcing ribs are connected to the back of the panel by welded screws (the screws are directly welded to the back of the panel), making it a solid whole. This greatly enhances the strength and rigidity of the aluminum single-panel curtain wall, ensuring flatness and wind and earthquake resistance during long-term use. If sound insulation and heat preservation are required, high-efficiency sound insulation and heat preservation materials can be installed on the inside of the aluminum plate.
