Our Aluminum Profiles for Shower Enclosures use corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. The wall thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 8.0mm, and customized thicknesses are available upon request. We also offer cutting, hole punching, 45-degree angle cutting, and slotting according to your specifications. We offer two surface finishing options. The first is anodizing with a film thickness of 10 to 20 microns, with customized colors available. The second is electrostatic powder coating with a film thickness of 60 to 120 microns and a minimum salt spray test result of 48 hours. We have been producing aluminum profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We run our own anodizing and powder coating lines. Before shipment, we test film thickness and coating adhesion on every batch to ensure stable surface quality.

Shower enclosures operate in a special environment. They are constantly exposed to water, steam, and chemical residues from cleaning products. If corrosion resistance is insufficient, the surface may bubble, discolor, or deteriorate over time. Our aluminum alloy material provides better corrosion resistance than standard aluminum profiles. The anodized or powder-coated surface adds an extra protective layer against moisture and oxidation. We can produce according to your drawings or samples. The standard minimum order quantity is 1 ton. For custom mold orders, the minimum quantity can be negotiated. For existing sections, we offer free samples, and you only need to pay the shipping cost. For new molds, the sample lead time is 7 to 12 working days. Before packing, we check every piece for size and surface quality to prevent scratches or color differences. We also accept third-party inspection.
