Aluminum Hat Section

Our Aluminum Hat Section features a custom hat-shaped profile. The wall thickness ranges from 1.2mm to 2.5mm. The slot design provides a flexible and secure fit. It is made with a one-piece extrusion process and has precise dimensions. We have been producing aluminum profiles in Foshan for 15 years. We have our own mold design and manufacturing capabilities. For these hat sections, we check the slot position and depth in every batch to ensure they fit firmly onto the matching base or frame.

The hat section features a hat-shaped cross section and is designed to cover gaps or cap the top of structures. Compared with flat plates or angle sections, it provides a more three-dimensional appearance and better covering performance. Installation is simple. You can clip it directly onto the base without using glue or screws, and it can also be removed easily. We can produce according to your technical drawings or physical samples. For new molds, the sample lead time is 7 to 12 working days. Before packing, we check the slot size and surface quality of every piece. We also accept third-party inspection. The finish has a 5-year warranty.
